HOTEL CALIFORNIA

On a dark desert highway
Cool wind in my hair
The warm smell of colitas
Rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance
I saw a shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night

There she stood in the doorway
I heard the mission bell
And i was thinking to myself
This could be heaven or this could be hell
Then she lit up a candle
And she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor
I thought i heard them say

Welcome to the hotel california
Such a lovely place, such a lovely face
There's plenty of room at the hotel california
Any time of year, you can find it here

Her mind is definitely twisted
She's got her mercedes benz
She's got a lotta pretty, pretty boys
That she calls friends
How they dance in the courtyard
Sweet summer sweat
Some dance to remember
Some dance to forget

So i called up the captain
Please bring me my wine
He said we haven't had that spirit here since 1969
And still those voices they're calling from far away
Wake you up in the middle of the night
Just to hear them say

Welcome to the hotel california
Such a lovely place, such a lovely face
They're livin' it up at the hotel california
What a nice surprise, bring your alibis

Mirrors on the ceilling, the pink champaign on ice
And she said we are all just prisoners here of our own device
In the masters chambers they're gathered for the feast
They stab it with their steely knifes but they just can't kill the beast

Last thing i remember, i was runnin' for the door
I had to find the passage back to the place i was before
good night said the night man we are programmed to receive
You can check out anyytime you like, but you can never leave

biography of eagles

Eagles is a prestigious American rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1971.1
Initially his music was a mix of country and bluegrass instrumentation with rock harmonies of California surfer. The results were sensitive ballads and music with a touch country and pop-rock. Their lyrics spoke of cars, relationships and lives aimlessly. The inventors of this genus were tremendously gifted songwriters, including Gram Parsons, Jackson Browne, JD Souther, and Warren Zevon.
The Eagles fitted the spirit of the songwriter as part of a musical education, with a strong emphasis on arrangements and musicianship, and the group's initial sound became synonymous with the country rock of southern California. On later albums the band dispensed with bluegrass instrumentation and moved to a more rock sound clearly.
With five singles and six number one albums, the Eagles are one of the best groups of the 70s study. At the end of the twentieth century two of their albums, Their Greatest Hits II and Hotel California, were ranked among the 20 U.S. selling albums according to the RIAA (The Recording Industry Association of America - Recording Industry Association of America). Also here, according to Rolling Stone in 2004, the album "Hotel California" is ranked in the top 500 of all time, and the group ranked No. 75 on the list of the 100 greatest artists of all time. Until the death of Michael Jackson in 2009 (a fact that increased sales of his album Thriller), had to his credit the biggest selling album in the United States: Their Greatest Hits II.
The Eagles split in 1980 but got back together in 1994 for a concert acoustic album recorded in the Hell Freezes Over, a mix of classic and new. They have been touring ever since, and into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. In 2007, The Eagles released Long Road Out of Eden, their first studio album in 28 years. The following year he undertook the tour Long Road out of Eden Tour, which took place in 2009 across North America and Europe. The first concert was on March 20, 2008 in London, England and the last on July 22, 2009 in Lisbon, Portugal, giving two additional concerts on 17 and 20 April 2010 in Los Angeles, California.

Tsunami1 is a Japanese word (tsu (): 'port' or 'bay', and nami (): 'wave', literally meaning 'harbor wave') referred to maremoto2 (Latin mare 'sea' and motus 'movement').

The use of this word in the media became widespread when English-speaking correspondents issued their reports, just about the tsunami that occurred off the coast of Asia on December 25, 2004 in the Indian Ocean. [Citation needed] the reason is that in English there is no word to describe this phenomenon, which English speakers tsunami adopted as part of their language but, as will be seen in the historical quotations that appear later on tsunamis, the name is not correct in Castilian is tsunami.
